Paste the license key you received after purchase to unlock this app on this device.
1. Go to Home and add each customer once — name and phone number (phone is optional but needed for WhatsApp reminders).
2. Open a customer's ledger to record Udhaar diya (credit given — goods taken now, pay later) or Wasooli hui (payment received). The running balance updates automatically.
3. A positive balance (shown in red, stamped "Udhaar") means the customer owes you. A balance at zero is stamped "Clear".
4. Use Customers to see everyone at a glance, sorted by who owes the most. Use Reports for totals and your top outstanding balances.
5. Already have a paper khata bahi? When adding a customer, enter their current balance as the opening balance to carry it forward.
Android (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu → "Add to Home screen" / "Install app". iPhone (Safari): tap the Share icon → "Add to Home Screen". It then opens full-screen like a normal app, and works with no internet connection.
Everything — customers, transactions, settings — is stored only on this device's browser. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Use "Export CSV" on the Customers tab regularly for a backup copy you can save to Drive or email yourself.
